At 3S Sharpening, it’s just me - one guy with a workbench, a good eye, and a steady hand. I run a small, family-owned shop in Baldwinsville, proudly serving Syracuse, Central/Upstate New York, and beyond.

I believe in sharpening the right way, not the fast way. That’s why every knife is done entirely by hand. No machines. No sanding belts. No shortcuts. Just patient, careful work that protects the steel and leaves you with a sharper edge that lasts.
